This agreement governs your use of the 639 cc Casino platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any real-money bets. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 639 cc Casino operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Disputes arising from the use of the platform are subject to Philippine jurisdiction and applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 639 cc Casino ("639 cc," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 639 cc Casino platform at 639cc.asia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. Age Restriction: 639 cc Casino is strictly for users 21 years old and above. This age requirement is a mandatory provision under Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination.
To register and maintain an active Account on 639 cc Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
639 cc Casino reserves the right to require additional identity verification documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Where 639 cc Casino determines, on reasonable grounds, that a Player has provided false information regarding age or identity, all funds in the Account may be forfeited and the matter referred to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the 639 cc Casino Platform. The registration process requires the following:
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the operation of your Account is accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to notify 639 cc Casino promptly of any material change to your registered information.
The opening of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 639 cc Casino reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any accumulated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
Account registration and the operation of an Account are strictly personal. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal with your Account or any funds therein for the benefit of any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 639 cc Casino will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
You must notify 639 cc Casino immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party. 639 cc Casino will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the Account following verified notification.
All activity occurring under your Account credentials — whether authorized or unauthorized — remains your responsibility until 639 cc Casino has received proper notification and taken action to restrict access. 639 cc Casino accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
Security Tip: Use a password that is unique to your 639 cc Casino account and not shared with your GCash, Maya, or any banking application. Enable SMS OTP notifications on your account for an additional layer of protection on sensitive actions such as withdrawals and password changes.
Deposits. 639 cc Casino accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso. 639 cc Casino does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the verified GCash or Maya number registered on your Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not matching your registered identity, or bank accounts not linked to your verified identity are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawal processing averages under 5 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
Verification Prior to Withdrawal. 639 cc Casino reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Relevant documentation may be requested at any time.
Inactive Account Fees. An Account that has had no real-money activity (deposits, wagers, or withdrawals) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 639 cc Casino reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, or to close the account after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered mobile number.
Currency. All balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
639 cc Casino may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
639 cc Casino reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the interpretation of 639 cc Casino shall be final.
All games available on the 639 cc Casino Platform operate according to the individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.
Game Outcomes. Slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the relevant game event (card dealt, roulette spin, dice roll, etc.). Sports betting outcomes are determined by the final official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body.
Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game operates within published minimum and maximum bet limits. 639 cc Casino reserves the right to impose personal bet limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated wagering activity inconsistent with recreational play.
Cancellation of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. In the event of a technical fault affecting a game round, 639 cc Casino reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance.
Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the sports betting rules published in the Platform's sports section. 639 cc Casino reserves the right to void markets in the event of match abandonment, corruption investigations, or manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 639 cc Casino Platform and constitute material breaches of this agreement:
Breach Consequences: Any breach of the prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances including real-money funds, permanent ban from the Platform, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies where criminal conduct is suspected.
Suspension by 639 cc Casino. 639 cc Casino reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, KYC non-compliance, ongoing regulatory investigation, or conduct that 639 cc Casino reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting 639 cc Casino support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
Self-Exclusion. Players may apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 72 hours to permanent. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period — including at the direct request of the Player. This is an intentional safeguard. See Section 13 for full responsible gaming provisions.
All content on the 639 cc Casino Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 639 cc Casino or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
The 639 cc Casino name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639 cc Casino shall not be liable to any Player for:
639 cc Casino's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
639 cc Casino is committed to the responsible gaming framework required by PAGCOR regulation. The tools described in this section are available to all Players at no cost and without requiring contact with support. We encourage all Players to use them proactively, not reactively.

639 cc Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and the full terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including identity documents, contact details, financial transaction records, and gameplay activity — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and improvement of the Platform.
639 cc Casino does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with: PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies where required by law; payment processing partners for transaction purposes; and accredited identity verification services for KYC compliance.

639 cc Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via SMS to the registered mobile number and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.
Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, or updates required for regulatory compliance — may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution. In the first instance, Players with a dispute arising from use of the Platform are encouraged to contact the 639 cc Casino support team directly via live chat or email. The support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 10 business days of receiving a complete written description of the issue.
PAGCOR Escalation. Players who are not satisfied with 639 cc Casino's resolution of a dispute may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the formal complaint process applicable to PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators. 639 cc Casino will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by PAGCOR.
Jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from this agreement that are not resolved informally or through PAGCOR's dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
